Inside Out kertoo monista asioista: surun tärkeydestä, uuteen paikkaan muuttamisesta ja sen aiheuttamasta koti-ikävästä, kasvamisesta – ja myös perheestä. Siitä, että vaikka välillä voisi olla niin tolaltaan, että unohtaa, kuinka tärkeä perhe on, on silti mahdollista saada takaisin se rakkaus ja luottamus, joka perheeseen kuuluu. Inside Out tells about many things: the importance of sadness, the home sickness caused by moving to a new place, growing up – and also about family. How sometimes you can be so upset that you forget how important your family is, but how it is still possible to get back all the love and trust that keeps a family together. Though Riley, just like almost every other teenager, finds her parents pretty embarrassing sometimes…
