Nuori Miguel haluaisi soittaa kitaraa, mutta perheen historian takia hän ei saa. Niinpä Miguel päätyy kuolleiden maahan selvittämään sukunsa salaisuuksia – mutta ennen kaikkea hän tapaa edesmenneitä sukulaisiaan. Young Miguel wants to play the guitar but can’t, due to his family’s history. So Miguel ends up in the land of the dead to unravel the secrets of his family – but more importantly he meets his long-passed relatives. Because, as the Mexican Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, and Miguel’s story reminds us, no one stops being family just because they’re dead.
