Sehän oli sitten taas lokakuu, ja aika piirtää kuukauden verran musteella, eli Inktober-haasteen aika. Käytin virallista vinkkilistaa, mutta koska monet sanat antoivat minulle Star Wars -viboja, päätin tehdä tästä StarWarsToberin. Kaikki nämä on piirretty pullotussilla, ja osaan olen käyttänyt vedellä laimennettua mustetta saadakseni harmaasävyjä aikaan. Sitä tulikin käytettyä aika paljon lopulta.
It is October again, so it is time to draw with ink for a month due to the Inktober challenge. I used the official prompt list but since quite a few prompts gave me Star Wars vibes I decided to make this into a StarWarsTober. I’ve drawn all of these with bottled ink and used water-diluted ink in some drawings to get grey shades. In the end I used the greys pretty often.

I didn’t want to draw a shirtless Anakin so I drew a young George Lucas writing the script for his movie.

Ne eivät tarkkaan ottaen ole hämähäkkejä, mutta tarpeeksi sinne päin.
They are not spiders exactly but close enough.

Tiedän, että kuva ja sitaatti ovat eri elokuvista, mutta ne sopivat hyvin yhteen.
I know that the image and the quote are from different movies but they go so well together.

Kohtaus Kloonien hyökkäyksestä. Kämmäsin taustan aika lailla, koska siitä ei tullut millään tapaa tasaisen värinen, mutta valkoisten tähtien lisääminen auttoi. Jos kämmäät taiteessa, ole kuin se olisi tarkoitus!

Yleensä en tykkää piirtää droideja, mutta tästä tuli mielestäni aika hyvä.
I’m normally not so fond of drawing droids but this one, I think, turned out pretty well.

The prompt word or the topic didn’t inspire me, and I don’t like this one. Well, the point of the challenge is to draw every day and hopefully learn something, not to make exclusively great art.
