”One of the most important question regarding the show is, of course, ’who is your favorite Doctor?’ So I’m going to answer that now. And no, it’s not David Tennant. Nor Tom Baker. It’s Patrick Troughton.” //
”This fellow. The second Doctor.” ”Hello!” //
”You might ask why. And it’s a fair question. I’ve only seen one story from the second Doctor, ’The Tomb of the Cybermen’, and read some books with him in it.” //
”I think everyone should get to choose their favorite based on whatever criteria they like, and here’s mine.” //
Every time a new actor takes on the role of the Doctor, my reaction is pretty much this: ”And who does this person think they are?” //
”That’s just how it goes. In the end I’ve liked all of them.” //
But with the second Doctor it never happened. He just felt like the Doctor from the start! ”I like this Doctor!” //
”I don’t think there are wrong answers to this question. But this simple reason is why the second Doctor is my personal favorite.”
